Room was very small where 1st eye test was carried out. Clients having to wait and exchange seats. Needs to be larger room! Other than that very impressed with boots and WILL use again.

My husband and I had a joint appointment and were dealt with by a number of staff. All of whom were, friendly, knowledgeable and capable. I couldn't really fault them in terms of their behaviors. . I used to be a trainer of staff in a retail environment and so know what to look for. The staff there did not disappoint . Top marks for all of them . Jon was the MOS who dealt with us today. He was impeccably polite and thorough . I would only make a constructive comment on two points. 1. A number of the staff's 'uniform' and footwear looked shoddy and ill fitting and this made me think that would not be as professional as they proved to be . A small point but I noticed it straight away.Secondly the paperwork process , whilst it is clear has to be done and double checked is a bit longwinded from a customer point of view.Other than that well done to all

I had a truly fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone. My optician (Saad) was great, friendly and explained everything; I was also really impressed I got a digital retinal photo included in the examination with no extra cost - especially as I have had previous issues. Also the amazing floor staff Araaj and Ella were not pushy, took there time helping me choose my frame and lenses, and they even took photos for me so I could decide on the style of frame - a difficult job when you can't see without your current glasses!

Service could on occasion be slow, however ran on time for all booked appointments
